Herby Curby COVID-19 Update (As of September 14, 2021)
In order to reduce the risk of any potential exposure to COVID-19, we are encouraging everyone to minimize direct contact as much as possible.
Our office is open to the public and staff are available Monday through Friday to assist with orders and inquiries by email or phone. Curbside pickup is also available for those customers who want to pick up their order. We cannot assist with loading at this time.
We are not open on Saturday or Sunday. We are still providing free delivery throughout Windsor-Essex County, but all orders must be prepaid. Customers purchasing our products can do so through our website or by phone 519-948-5854, if they do not have internet access. You should receive a confirmation email when placing an order. Please check all email folders (junk, trash, etc.). Customers can expect that their purchase or rental will be delivered within 2 weeks of placing an order. Customers can also pick up their container(s), usually next day, if ordered before 1PM, and if clearly indicated on their order.
For delivered items, our driver will text or call the phone number provided when delivering your bins to let you know when he is at your place for drop off. Please indicate any specific instructions for delivery at the time your order is placed and we will do our best to fulfil your request(s). We do not require any paperwork to be signed and our driver does not handle onsite payments, just a friendly wave from your window is appreciated.
For anyone wanting to drop off payments or forms at the office, we have a large mailbox for your convenience. Please inform us by email or phone when you make a drop off, as we do not like to leave items in the mailbox overnight. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.
If you need to make a payment on your account, we encourage you do so by email transfer from your bank to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can call in your credit card information rather than making a trip to our office.

- Please note that a $25 deposit applies on all rental orders for each cart.
- Rental plans are available for monthly and quarterly billings. All billings are done on the first of the month. Payment options include pre-authorized Debit , Visa or Master Card.
- Purchasing a bin – we off the Best 10/12 year warranty in the business. Warranty repairs are done on site.
