Rental Rates Per Cart
We offer either monthly or quarterly payments. An administration fee of $30.00 plus HST per cart rented applies. Customer can cancel the rental and obtain a refund of this fee provided the cart has not been delivered. Once delivered, the setup fee is non-refundable. After the initial term, the rental automatically renews on a month-to-month basis at the same rate.

Stolen or Lost Container Charge
Customer is responsible for a stolen or lost container. We will deliver a replacement container once notified subject to the terms of our rental agreement. We will allow a 10 day grace period for customer to try to locate the container. We charge a deductible, based on the age of the cart.

Dishonored Payments
All dishonored payments, whether by pre-authorized debit or credit card are subject to an administration charge of $20.00 plus HST.
Unemptied Container Fee
We attempt to pick up containers on the date that either waste or recycling is picked up however it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure container is empty. All rental carts must be returned in clean condition and free of refuse. If the container is not empty at pickup you will be charged at $65.00 plus HST dumping fee.
