Cancellation Terms & Conditions

• All rental carts must be returned in clean condition and free of refuse. We are unable to pickup the cart if it is not empty. A cleaning fee of $30.00 plus applicable taxes applies if the cart is not clean upon return. The customer will be charged for any damage not attributable to normal wear and tear that was not previously reported to Herby Curby.
   
• The cart must be placed in an accessible location at the time of pickup (such as a front yard or driveway) and must be reachable without the driver needing to enter a backyard, pass through a gate, or navigate any obstruction. If the cart is not accessible to the driver upon the scheduled pickup date or is full of refuse, the pickup will be declined and the customer will be charged the current retail price of the cart until it is successfully retrieved. A rescheduling fee of $25.95 will apply.
   
• If a rental cart is not returned at the end of the rental agreement, the customer will be charged the current retail price of the cart. Once the cart is returned to Herby Curby in acceptable condition, the retail price charged to the customer's account will be removed.
  
  
• If you choose to cancel your rental prior to the conclusion of your agreed term, the remaining balance on your contract becomes payable at the point of cancellation. This amount reflects the full rental commitment established at the time of enrollment. We will calculate the outstanding balance based on your original term length and any payments already applied to your account, then issue a final invoice for the difference.
