How can I prevent my Herby Curby® from being stolen or damaged?

To prevent your cart from being stolen or damaged, we recommend that you use our BinPrint address labelling service to put your address on the side of the bin.  Also, due to the popularity of Herby Curby® do not leave your waste or recycling cart sitting at the road unattended for any extended length of time.

The customer is responsible for a stolen or lost cart.  For rentals, we will deliver a replacement cart once a police report is filed and a deductible is paid - subject to the terms of our rental agreement.  We do not replace stolen purchased carts.
