At Herby Curby, we service what we sell.  Take advantage of our on-site repair service at the unbelievable price of only $24.99 for the first repair and $4.99 for each additional repair (parts and taxes extra).

If you purchased a cart from us, having the serial number available will help us identify the parts needed.  If you purchased your cart elsewhere we may still be able to help you if you can send us a picture.

We currently stock parts for most Toter and IPL Carts.

Parts can be ordered and picked up during regular business hours Monday through Friday.

If you currently have a Herby Curby rental cart, please only use this form if you would like to have a duralatch, securalid or address engraving done on your bin.  If you need to report a damaged bin, please use the Report a Damaged Rental bin service form here.

If you are looking to repair your cart under warranty, please use the Submit a Warranty Claim service form here.
