Cancel My Rental

All rental carts must be returned in clean condition and free of refuse. We are unable to pickup the cart if it is not empty. A cleaning fee of $30.00 plus applicable taxes applies if the cart is not clean upon return. The customer will be charged for any damage not attributable to normal wear and tear that was not previously reported to Herby Curby. As of May 13, 2026, DIY lettering is not permitted; vinyl stickers may be used. The cart must be placed in an accessible location at the time of pickup (such as a front yard or driveway) and must be reachable without the driver needing to enter a backyard, pass through a gate, or navigate any obstruction. If the cart is not accessible upon the driver's arrival, the pickup may be declined and a rescheduling fee will apply. If a rental cart is not returned at the end of the rental agreement, the customer will be charged the current retail price of the cart. If the cart is not accessible to the driver upon the scheduled pickup date — including carts located in a backyard, behind a fence, or otherwise obstructed — or is full of refuse, the pickup will be declined and the customer will be charged the current retail price of the cart until it is successfully retrieved. The customer may request a rescheduled pickup for a fee. Once the cart is returned to Herby Curby in acceptable condition, the retail price charged to the customer's account will be removed.
