Temporary Suspension of Rental Program
Due to ongoing uncertainties related to tariffs, we are temporarily suspending our rental program.
While some of our products are sourced from a supplier with Canadian manufacturing facilities, a significant portion of our rental carts and parts come from the U.S. and Mexico, which have been directly affected.
We appreciate your understanding during this time and are closely monitoring the situation to determine our next steps.

In the meantime, we do have a limited number of used rental carts available for purchase, which may be a more economical option.

Admin & Setup fee is $30.00 + tax
A fee of $30.00 per cart rented, plus applicable taxes, applies. Customer can cancel the rental and obtain a refund of this fee provided the cart has not been delivered. Once delivered, the setup fee is non-refundable.
Dishonored payment $20.00
All dishonored payments, whether by pre-authorized debit or credit card are subject to an administration charge of $20.00. This fee is subject to HST.
Pickup fee on cancellation for unemptied container is $65.00
We attempt to pick up containers on the date that either waste or recycling is picked up however it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure container is empty. If the container is not empty and we require a return visit we will charge a pickup fee.
Stolen or lost container charge
Customer is responsible for a stolen or lost container. We will deliver a replacement container once notified subject to the terms of our rental agreement. We will allow a 10 day grace period for customer to try to locate the container. We charge a deductible, based on the age of the cart.

Cart not returned on cancellation.
We will invoice you for the cart based on our regular retail price in effect at the time of cancellation.
All prices are subject to any and all federal or provincial sales taxes.
These rates are in effect from the date stated below and are subject to change without notice.
