Herby Curby COVID-19 Update
We have now closed the office and are only taking orders by phone, email or online. We are still providing free delivery, but all orders must be prepaid. Our driver will text or call when delivering your bins to let you know when he is at your place to drop off. We do not require any paperwork to be signed, just a friendly wave from your window is needed!
For anyone wanting to drop off payments or forms at the office, we are installing a large mailbox for your convenience. Please inform us by phone or email when you make a drop off. We do not like to leave items in the mailbox overnight. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.
Notice to Customers
In order to reduce the risk of any potential exposure to COVID-19 we are encouraging everyone to minimize direct contact as much as possible.
Customers purchasing our products can do so by phone 519-948-5854 or through this website. We are requesting that all orders be paid for in advance of delivery by credit card. Alternatively you can call the office at 519-948-5854 and we will take your order by phone and arrange delivery. Please note that our delivery is always free within the Windsor Essex County area and normally we can deliver within 3 days of your order, possibly sooner.
On delivery, our driver will notify you by text or phone that he is at your location. Please acknowledge his call or text so that he knows you are aware that he is dropping off your Herby Curby order. We do not require any signature as proof of delivery and the driver does not currently handle on-site payment which reduces the need for customer contact at the present time.
If you need to make payment on your account we encourage you do so by email transfer from your bank to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively you can call in your credit card information rather than making making a trip to our office.

- Please note that a $25 deposit applies on all rental orders for each cart.
- Rental plans are available for monthly and quarterly billings. All billings are done on the first of the month. Payment options include pre-authorized Debit , Visa or Master Card.
- Purchasing a bin – we off the Best 10/12 year warranty in the business. Warranty repairs are done on site.
